David Bennett is an experienced trial litigator in three states and is able, with that experience, to craft a unique and focused attack or defense in will contests, estate and trust litigation or guardianship litigation.

Mr. Bennett is a frequent lecturer on estate and trust litigation matters and speaks to bar associations and elder law organizations throughout Florida, Pennsylvania and New Jersey. In 1975, David earned a B.A. in Economics from the University of Notre Dame.  In 1979, he graduated from New York Law School where he participated in numerous trials in New York local, state and federal courthouses.

In New Jersey, he is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association and is licensed to practice in all of its state and federal courthouses.

In Pennsylvania, David pursues estate and trust litigation in its Orphans Courts throughout the Commonwealth where will contests, trust disputes and fiduciary litigation matters are decided.  He is a member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Association and the Philadelphia Bar Association.

In Florida, he is a member of The Florida Bar and the Palm Beach County Bar Association and is licensed and so practices in all of the courthouses of the state.
